At Pillova, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be able to try your cushion with complete confidence, in your own bed. That's why we offer a risk-free trial and a simple return process.

45-Night Trial, Satisfied or Refunded

The comfort of a cushion can't be judged in a few minutes. We offer you 45 nights to try Pillova at home. If your mornings don't change, you can return it and get a refund.

We recommend using your cushion regularly for at least one to two weeks before deciding: your body needs a few nights to adjust to new support.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Our "45 nights satisfied or refunded" guarantee goes beyond this statutory period.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The request must be made within 45 nights of receiving the order.
  • The cushion must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • The cover must have been washed before being sent back.
  • The item must include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item comes back in a condition unfit for normal use.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email us at contact@pillovashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the next steps and the return address.
  3. Send the parcel back with tracking (we recommend keeping your proof of shipment).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, to the payment method used for the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account then depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@pillovashop.com, attaching photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

2-Year Warranty

Our cushions are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
